Job Description

Your Mission

Be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of several PUMA Categories within the eCommerce direct-to-consumer business in Europe Own and become an expert of your categories and fully understand the key drivers that impact your P&L to reach financial targets.

Create and execute a strategy to improve main KPIs including but not limited to Sales, Profitability, Product Conversion and Sell Through Rate.

Closely cooperate within your “Category Squad” consisting of Merchandising, Buying Consumer Experience and Marketing to analyze the performance, identify opportunities and derive actions.

Maximize your categories’ revenue and profitability optimizing product placements & discoverability on PUMA.com Participate in complex multi-stakeholders projects in areas including but not limited to pricing, merchandising, revenue optimization, content management and planning Partner up with Merchandising & Buying to provide product insights, requirements, and feedback for the seasonal buy Conduct analysis to assess the competitive landscape, industry trends and other growth opportunities Critically review existing structures and ways of working to drive efficiency and process improvements.

Your Talent

Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in business administration or another relevant field (minors in finance or analytics is a plus) 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce, Category Management, Digital Merchandising or Analytics and BI Previous experience in P&L management roles, with a particular focus on financial analysis Commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to collaborate and lead multiple stakeholders in complex cross-functional projects Strong analytical skills – you have experience working with excel (PowerBI, SQL and similar tools knowledge can be a plus) Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently while dealing with ambiguity Previous experience D2C / online marketplaces is a strong plus Knowledge of the sports and fashion industry is a plus Excellent communication skills in English, fluency in German or another European language is beneficial.
