THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Channel Partners Strategy Senior Manager to our Channel Partners team in São Paulo, Brazil

This role is to join Channel Partner’s Strategy and Process, a team responsible for the Client Success process/ strategy for our clients and partners, improving processes that significantly impact the experience of channel partners, delivering solutions adapted to each market's needs, and enabling the scalability of our business. As a Strategy Senior Manager, you will be expected to propose and implement solutions based on data trends and to take ownership of multiple projects and initiatives within the organization, with different levels of complexity, and ensure their successful planning, execution, and completion. The position will work closely with the sales team, Client Success and other key areas to foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels and strengthen partnerships that contribute to the overall success of the Channel Partners area. 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Engage and connect with senior stakeholders to collaborate with cross-functional teams, both at Wellhub and at the channel partners, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Leverage internal and external stakeholders appropriately to speed up and increase the likelihood of success in project deliveries.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying possible risks and problems before they arise and considering courses of action for different scenarios
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members through active listening, open dialogue, and structured communication.
  • Take a consultative approach to negotiation, assessing the situation, creating solutions that benefit both parties and influencing stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying, designing, and implementing innovative solutions that transform and continuously help to improve our company.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A professional with proven experience in project management, especially within sales teams and/or tech companies, consulting firms or comparable experience
  • Advanced/Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions;
  • Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership;
  • Equipped with strong problem-solving and analytics skills, capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations;
  • Fosters relationships through rapport building and is a trusted resource from lower-level to executive stakeholders.
  • An individual with strong organizational and multitasking abilities who is able to lead complex projects.
  • Willingness to learn and challenge yourself, working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles;
