You help realize our purpose of contributing to a healthier, more connected, and active society by building a scalable, high-performing commercial engine that enables sustainable growth and impact.
You own the end-to-end commercial strategy across Europe, translating our purpose into clear growth priorities, measurable revenue outcomes, and consistent go-to-market execution across markets. This includes driving international expansion, achieving ambitious growth targets, and integrating acquired companies into a unified pan-European platform.
In this role, you are responsible for unifying pricing, packaging, and go-to-market models across regions, ensuring Eversports is the most trusted and effective partner for sport and wellness providers. Working closely with Product, Marketing, and Regional Leadership, you align teams behind a shared commercial vision and ensure disciplined execution at scale.
Location: Vienna, Austria
Employment: Full-time (35h/week, Friday off every second week), hybrid work set-up

Your Impact
- Build and lead a scalable, high-performing commercial organization across Europe, developing senior leaders and fostering a performance-driven culture that balances central clarity with local excellence.
- Take full ownership of revenue growth targets and commercial performance across all markets, translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
- Define and scale a unified go-to-market and monetization model, aligning Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success around clear ownership and shared KPIs, to accelerate sustainable revenue growth.
- Lead our continued international expansion by defining market entry strategies and building repeatable playbooks for scaling into new countries
- Own the commercial integration of acquisitions, making decisive integration choices and harmonizing pricing, systems, and go-to-market models to drive scale and performance.
- Lead the customer lifecycle strategy to drive retention and long-term value, ensuring a strong feedback loop between customers, product, and commercial teams
Your Profile
- You bring senior commercial leadership experience in B2B SaaS platform or subscription-based businesses, and are comfortable operating in an investor-backed, high-accountability environment focused on delivering sustained growth.
- You have a proven track record (5+years) of owning revenue growth and scaling commercial organizations across multiple European markets, including opening new markets and setting up local sales organizations.
- You are an experienced leader, ideally with a strong Sales Leadership background, who has successfully developed senior management teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- You have hands-on experience with commercial M&A integration and thrive in a strategic "buy & build" environment.
- You are a strategic thinker who can balance high-level planning with a hands-on approach to execution in a fast-growing environment.
- You have led pricing and packaging strategy in a growth environment, using customer insights and data to drive conversion, retention, and expansion.
- You are a collaborative, mission-driven individual who values transparency and believes that work should be both impactful and fun.
- You are fluent in English, our company language. German is a strong advantage given its relevance in our largest market, while additional European languages are beneficial but not required.
