The Role:
Infinite Reality is looking to bring on a highly motivated and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) reporting to the CEO remotely based in the continental United States. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a results-oriented professional seeking to lead a dynamic organization across day-to-day operational functions. The COO will be responsible for contributing to, managing, and executing Infinite Reality’s ambitious strategic agenda.
What You'll Do:
- Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with our company vision, goals and business objectives.
- Provide strategic direction to ensure efficient and effective operational functioning.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and scalability within the Metaverse space.
- Strategic Influence:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set operational goals, objectives, hiring needs and performance metrics.
- Lead business transformation by adopting a data-driven approach for assessing and implementing tools, systems, and processes.
- Oversee daily operations, manage resources, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Financial Management:
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with operational goals and objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
- Implement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards and internal policies.
- Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure business continuity plans are in place and regularly reviewed.
- Experience with public company reporting requirements
- Technology & Infrastructure:
- Partner with technology team to implement best practices for security protocols, encryption techniques, and anti-fraud measures.
- Leverage technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Identify and implement new tools and systems to support operational excellence.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the development of high-level operational teams globally to increase productivity.
- Ensure team dynamics and processes contribute to overall business efficiency.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and growth opportunities to team members.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or related field required. MBA or similar degree preferred
- Extensive experience (15+years) in operational leadership roles within enterprise software company or SAAS
- Combination of public company 3.5+B and start-up experience (IPO ideal)
- Travel 30% - remotely based (must reside in major metro market (preferably east coast/ Southern FL near new future HQ’s though open to LA/SF).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team, with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent judgment, forward thinking, highly resourceful and having an outstanding ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Best-in-class analytical thinking and synthesis skills with the ability to think strategically and out of the box
- Strong decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

The base pay range for this position is $350,000 - $450,000. The base salary range is applicable across the United States and the offered rate may vary based on factors such as experience, education, market conditions, and location.
