Duties and Responsibilities

Reviewing all incoming community interactions on Discord and communicating directly with players.浏览 Discord 上所有社区互动信息，并直接与玩家沟通
Responding to comments and player queries in a timely manner.及时回复评论和玩家疑问
Creating engaging content for social media.为社交媒体创建吸引人的互动内容
Assisting the developer by forwarding them important information from all the issues you handle with customers.传达客户方的重要信息给开发人员，以协助他们
Helping foster and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for a game community.帮助促进并维护游戏社区的安全和友好环境

Requirements

Strong understanding and experience in different social media channels. 对不同社交媒体渠道有深刻理解和丰富经验
Experience managing or moderating an online community. 有管理或主持在线社区的经验
Excellent knowledge of Simplified Chinese, native or near-native level. Traditional Chinese will be a plus. 精通简体中文，母语或接近母语水平。同时应用繁体中文者优先考虑
