Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for a Clan Operations Coordinator to work on World of Warships in our Belgrade office.

We are looking for a good communicator with logical thinking, to work with our volunteer external testing programs.

What will you do?

• Direct work with the Clan Special Test program — a dedicated group of volunteers who are involved in testing new features in development, which includes — but is not limited to — arranging different types of closed tests and interacting with volunteers on everyday basis

• Work closely with the development: 

  •    Discussing and planning tests of features under development

  •    Arranging testing schedule

  •    Collecting test feedback and bug reports to development

  •    Working together with developers on Clan related topics and features

• Be the main contact for synchronization between product and volunteers:

  •    Providing information and technical support to volunteers

  •    Preparing upcoming test announcements and documentation

  •    Providing feedback on feedback from development

• Maintaining and improving CST program operational processes

• Facilitate ongoing and fruitful collaboration between different volunteer programs inside World of Warships

What are we looking for?

• Deep knowledge of World of Warships and a good record of game experience is a must. We expect you to have at least 3000 battles in World of Warships PC

• We are looking for a good communicator with logical thinking, and the ability to understand the needs of players and combine them with business goals

• Fluent English — written and spoken — B2 or higher

• 2+ years of experience working with teams and effective collaboration

• Several years of active online PC gaming

• High level of critical thinking

• Good collaboration skills

• Proactivity and self-driven

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Game industry experience

• Russian language - will be a plus

• Community management experience

• Good Excel skills

• Passion for Naval Games or Military History

Work mode

Onsite during probation period, in hybrid mode (3 days from office + 2 days from home) after probation period.
