The role of Client Sales - Customer Success at Salvo Health is crucial for Salvo Health’s expansion in B2B sales and customer implementations. We are gaining traction in providing wraparound services to GI Clinics and Health Systems, and are looking for a key professional to advance this work meaningfully, while laying the groundwork for our next go-to-market opportunities.
We are looking for an ambitious professional looking to expand their skills and make an impact at a high growth digital health company. You will be working with our leadership as well as external partners to inform the course and growth of our business. This role reports to the Head of Business Development & Partnerships, and is a nice balance of sales as well as customer success. The work spans prospecting of new customers to implementation, customer engagement and renewals, which will lay the foundation for a customer success organization over time. Our vision is to build out a Customer Success group under the Business Development & Partnerships team. It is a unique opportunity to get in at the ground level and create what comes next.
While the focus is on pipeline execution and customer implementation, sourcing new customers at conferences is an important portion of the role. We are looking for someone who is excited to travel onsite for customer implementations and conferences to grow the business. There are a lot of moving parts and a broad scope to the role, so strong organizational skills, persistent follow-up on tasks, and the ability to create structure will be key to success in this role.

  • Pipeline Execution - moving prospective clients from prospecting all the way to contract signature and implementation, this includes sales pitch, building revenue models, and listening for solvable problems to move prospects along in the pipeline
  • Source opportunities - identify new practices, health systems, and ACOs that would be prime partners for Salvo Health
  • Customer Implementations - lead new customers implementation, 2 days onsite, serving as the driver and liaison for the clinical, operations, and data analytics team to work with the client to get partnerships underway
  • Customer success - serve as the primary point of escalation for partners as well as the internal team, be a liaison to streamline the operational aspects of partnerships
  • Patient acquisition - serve as a stakeholder to work creatively with existing customers on how to increase patient conversion from partners and through direct outreach 
  • Cross functional lead - work with Product, Data Analytics, and Clinical Operations teams to keep existing partnerships on track, report to customers on roadmap, and ensure the voice of the customer is being reflected in our work 
  • Partner engagement - driving strategy to engage with GI clinics, systems, and all partners to focus on customer performance, satisfaction, and retention, which includes quarterly business reviews, keeping partners informed on the success and areas for improvement
  • Partner Expansion - expanding existing customers partnership with Salvo, including new conditions, new locations, and ways of working together

  • Travel - in-person engagement with customers is critical for customer success, onsite for customer implementations, visits, and to conferences - 25% travel
