THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Client Sales Manager to join our Enterprise Client Sales team in Germany

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Client Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Germany. You will play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and closing high-value partnerships. This would be in the Enterprise space across companies of 500 employees or more. Gympass has a great track record in this area with 10,000+ clients including FTSE 100 companies. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Leadership: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organisations.
  • Solution Selling: Understand clients' unique needs and pain points, and tailor our product to address those specific challenges effectively.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our sales development, marketing, and client success teams to ensure the successful delivery of launches and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to position our solutions effectively.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and targets.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise our sales processes and contribute to the development of best practices.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You will have 5+ years of experience in developing new business, ideally in Saas sales or HR consulting / Employee benefits firms
  • You are an excellent communicator in German both verbally and written.  Experience in creating compelling slides/financial analysis to communicate business impact is valuable.
  • You are an empathetic and positive person with an understanding of how important it is to manage your energy and behaviour to ensure individual and team success.
  • You have a genuine interest in people, businesses and their needs.
  • You’ll be hungry in your desire for success with a proven track record of overachievement.  Experience in quota-sales roles is a plus.
  • You are humble in your approach emphasising the team over individuals.
  • Comfort in engaging with senior stakeholders at large companies. 
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
