We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Associate to join our team in Cyprus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of financial services, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.

Qualifications

          Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive support.

  • Process client requests efficiently, accurately and within the reasonable time frame depending on the query complexity.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, data entry etc) to ensure seamless client service delivery.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and suggest improvements to processes.

  • Educate clients on NLSN products and services (being a subject matter expert)

  • Coordinate and cooperate with other NLSN teams to deliver projects and solutions for client requests and queries.

  • Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and other communication materials.

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Supporting the CYP/GRE market. 

 

          Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client service role, preferably within the media  or tech industry.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Greek as native language).

  • Basic/Intermediate technical skills (required for understanding Nielsen products)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
