DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support DVW's international AD operations teams in Vancouver, Canada and APAC region. 

• Download, organize, distribute client materials.

• Deliver materials to clients. 
• Work with Client Services Manager to assist in project organization - getting and/or keeping projects on-track, scheduling, and monitoring and reporting on project progress to involved parties.
• Manage back-end systems for client specific applications. 
• Run reports for the Client Services and Project Management departments. 
• Create and send payment reports. 
• Input required data into Project Management System.
• Maintain project files and archives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data entry and reporting using Excel.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Good judgement and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knows when to escalate when necessary.
