THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Client Success Coordinator to our Engagement team in London

We’re looking for a talented Client Success Coordinator to work on our Engagement team in London.  Reporting directly to the Engagement Director, you will be a cultural transformation agent, bringing our clients closer to the Gympass mission and advocating on behalf of Gympass to clients, users, and suppliers. This is a position inside the Global Revenue team, responsible for working alongside our Account Management team to build wellbeing strategies with our clients.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Planning, development and analysis of wellbeing strategies & initiatives with our client partners (for example planning a wellbeing campaign for Mental Health Awareness Week with Gympass) 
  • Onboard new clients being launched with a client-centric, consultancy mindset, developing impactful communications strategies and engagement initiatives tailored to their needs 
  • Leading on key communications projects and initiatives to drive results in the UK & IE markets 
  • Being a ‘dotted line’ to other team members; including delegating, coaching & supporting the team 
  • Collaborating with your counterparts in European and Global markets 
  • Deploying global programs in collaboration with our Global Strategy Team 
  • Continuous monitoring and tracking of client and market results and leading on the reporting to all relevant teams
  • Work in close partnership with Client Success to identify client engagement opportunities and propose impactful solutions to address clients’ needs

WHO YOU ARE

  • A passion and willingness to stand by the Gympass mission to ‘make wellbeing universal’ 
  • Proven success in a client-facing role 
  • Experience working in a multi-geography organisation 
  • Understanding and familiarity with the B2B wellbeing industry 
  • Results & data-oriented mindset 
  • A strong communicator who can adapt to a changing environment
  • Skilled project management with the ability to work simultaneously across multiple high-priority projects 
  • Resilience to work in a fast-paced, agile & high-growth environment 
  • Has a positive, enthusiastic and solution-based mindset 
  • Possesses a diverse perspective, respects and coexists well with differences
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with team members, stakeholders and clients
  • Autonomy and ownership in all tasks, with the ability to recognise the opportunity for collaboration and/or escalation he
  • Experience working with budget distribution to drive impactful results on client initiatives

PARENTAL LEAVE: 100% paid parental leave of 12 weeks to all new parents (of both biological and adopted children, regardless of gender and parent's relationship with the co-parent) + 100% paid birth leave of 14 weeks.
