Job Description

At Midi Health, we are transforming midlife care, and our health system partnerships are central to that mission.

The Clinician Educator (contract) is a clinical and operational ambassador who ensures our care model is deeply understood, trusted, and adopted within partner health systems. This role sits at the intersection of clinical credibility, education, and strategic partnership, driving alignment between Midi’s standards of care and the realities of complex health systems.

You will engage physician leaders, service line directors, administrators, and frontline clinicians as a peer and trusted thought partner. Through education, collaboration, and relationship stewardship, you will help expand awareness of Midi’s model, strengthen care coordination pathways, and sustain long-term adoption across partner markets.

This is a remote, 1099 contractor role reporting to the Senior Health System Partnership Lead, with approximately 25–30% travel (roughly one week per month) to active partner markets.

This job is “HOT”: 🔥

  • You will directly influence how midlife women’s care is delivered inside major U.S. health systems
  • You will serve as a clinical voice shaping adoption of an innovative, evidence-based care model
  • You will build meaningful relationships with physician and executive leadership
  • You will help translate strategy into real-world clinical alignment

Business Impact — Not just supporting, but driving 📈

You will drive sustained clinical trust, care coordination alignment, and long-term adoption across partner markets through three core focus areas:

1. Clinical Stakeholder Engagement & Education

  • Maintain and deepen clinical buy-in across health system partnerships
  • Lead educational sessions (virtual and in-person), including grand rounds and departmental meetings
  • Influence adoption and engagement by clearly articulating Midi’s clinical and operational value within partner systems

2. Clinical & Operational Integration

  • Clearly articulate Midi’s clinical care model, protocols, documentation standards, and care pathways
  • Facilitate thoughtful alignment between Midi’s standards of care and partner health system models
  • Identify workflow friction and communicate structured insights back to internal teams

3. Partnership Stewardship & Field Insight

  • Collaborate closely with the Health System Partnerships team to strengthen and sustain active partnerships
  • Strengthen long-term partner relationships through consistent presence and credibility
  • Surface actionable field insights to inform internal strategy and partnership growth

What you will need to succeed: 🌱

  • Active U.S. clinical license (RN, NP, PA)
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
  • Experience within a health system environment (clinical leadership, service line management, provider operations, or administrative roles preferred)
  • Experience leading education, training, or professional development initiatives for clinical audiences strongly preferred
  • Experience presenting to physician and clinical leadership audiences
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–30% (about one week per month)
  • Strong executive-level communication and facilitation skills
  • Comfort navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and relationship-driven mindset
  • Health system startup or high-growth healthcare experience preferred but not required

Please note this is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and does not offer benefits. The rate of pay is up to $70/hr, dependent on experience, location and other factors.
