We are dedicated to building a championship-caliber organization on and off the pitch. We are passionate about advancing women’s sports, investing in our local community, and redefining the future of professional soccer. As a startup club with a big vision, we’re building from the ground up—and looking for entrepreneurial team members who want to be part of something extraordinary.

Club Ambassadors will share their passion for women’s sports, help foster meaningful connections with fans, and champion our mission of celebrating, empowering, and uniting an intersectional community of supporters.

  • Contribute to game day and event fan engagement opportunities, including fan zones, gate giveaways, matchday promotions, and activations, while creating a fun, welcoming, and interactive environment for fans.
  • Proactively engage with current and prospective fans to build connections, generate interest, and expand the fan database by capturing and inputting customer data using company hardware.
  • Learn, study, and effectively promote ticketing packages, special offers, and gameday information to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Organize and manage marketing assets, equipment, and inventory at events, assisting with setup, breakdown, and proper care of Club materials.
  • Provide detailed post-event recaps and insights to the reporting manager.
  • Adhere to schedules and scheduling protocols. Which includes working a minimum of 2 shifts per month.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Possess an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic personality with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
  • Exhibit reliability, punctuality, and professionalism while working collaboratively or independently.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and adaptability, embracing ambiguity in event situations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and up to 10-15 hours per week during the NWSL season.
  • Perform special projects and assignments as needed, understanding that responsibilities may evolve over time.
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of soccer, particularly the NWSL, and a genuine passion for women’s sports and sports culture.
  • Strong understanding of Boston’s diverse neighborhoods and local sports environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Cape Verdean Creole, Mandarin, Cantonese, Portuguese) are a plus.
  • A passion for advancing equity and inclusion through sports.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to sit, use hands to handle objects, and engage in tasks requiring fine motor skills.
  • Frequently required to talk, hear, and occasionally reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
