This position will serve as both a key day-to-day liaison between Marketing Partnerships & Media (MP&M) and relevant WNBA subgroups (e.g., Growth & Innovation, Marketing, Player Programs, Digital Products, Finance, Communications). This commercial-minded and process-oriented individual will focus on the process and execution of marketing partnership programs and deliverables that help drive league revenue and marketing partner objectives.
Work across the organization to ensure input and approvals are obtained. Particular focus on collaboration with Events, Creative Services, Live Programming & Entertainment
Support the WNBA Commercial Solutions Manager and ensure successful working relationships between GP&M, WNBA, Finance, Communications, and other departments that work closely on partner marketing & media partnership matters
Lead necessary information gathering and communications in areas such as up-to-date partnership lists and sponsored programs and platforms, WNBA marketing partner financials, benefit commitments, etc.
Collaborate with Business Development and other departments to create presentations, review proposals and other materials to engage existing and prospective partners to participate in new and existing programming
Solid understanding of all facets of sponsorship activation including marketing rights, event marketing, experiential marketing, media, brand management, hospitality, content, etc.
