**Job Description**

About this role: Lead and support large scale commercial transformation efforts across our Audience Measurement business. Own the ideation, management, tracking, and launch of critical programs across the Global Deal Desk and broader Commercial Finance organization. Drive process architecture, tooling requirement scoping, asset design/support, change management, field/stakeholder enablement, organizational communications, as well as rhythm of the business and planning efforts. Partner closely with senior stakeholders across a matricized organization, owning possible conflict resolution and program escalations across channels.  

Detailed Key Activities:

  • Own the program management portfolio across the Global Deal Desk and Commercial Finance spaces, driving the prioritization, ideation, management, launch, and post-launch support of related programs. 

  • Develop and maintain core Global Deal Desk and Commercial Finance assets including enablement HUBs, fallback libraries, deal approval tooling.

  • Own field-facing change management across large-scale initiatives, including team communications, enablement content, and training modules. 

  • Drive process architecture in accordance with new Global Deal Desk and Commercial Finance policies, including process design, standard operating procedure drafting, field training, and stakeholder/leadership sign-off.

  • Drive rhythm of the business and observability across the Global Deal Desk and Commercial Finance spaces, including organizational planning, drafting documentation (2x2s, MBRs, QBRs), as well as scaling telemetry and analytics across the commercial space. 

Deliverables: 

  • Fully managed program portfolio, including the prioritization, tracking, ideation, launch, post-launch support of key programs

  • Core assets launched across enablement HUBs, fallback libraries, and deal approval tooling

  • Processes launched across new deal-related initiatives, including process architecture, tooling business requirements, enablement, and change management

**Qualifications**
  • 12+ years of work experience with relevant experience in program management, business transformation, deal desk and process architecture roles.

  • Strong leadership and communications skills to manage expectations across the business and senior stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of system frameworks, sales processes, commercial constructs, business operations, deal desk organizations

  • Excellent execution and planning skills to implement large scale organization transformation

  • Ability to deliver high quality work while meeting aggressive deadlines

  • Excellent communication (written/oral) and change management skills with experience in drafting enablement plans/content, running training sessions, and resolving inter-team disconnects.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, contract management tools, and data analytics software

  • Willingness to travel 

  • Preferred Skills: Prior experience and knowledge of pricing strategies, discounting practices and revenue optimization techniques

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
