By improving readiness, visibility, and coordination across teams and external partners, this role directly supports smoother launches, stronger inventory alignment, better operational decision-making, and more consistent execution across the business.

Role Purpose
We are looking for a Commercial Operations & Planning Lead to support operational coordination and commercial readiness across the business.
This role is responsible for helping align inventory planning, launch readiness, fulfillment operations, and cross-functional execution across commercial teams — including coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and operational stakeholders.
The role also plays an important part in improving operational visibility, tracking key initiatives, supporting business planning rhythms, and helping teams execute against commercial priorities.
This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, coordinating moving parts, solving operational problems, and driving follow-through across teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Readiness & Launch Coordination
Support operational readiness across launches, promotions, and channel activities.
2. Inventory Visibility & Demand Planning
Support visibility and coordination across inventory and channel planning activities.
3. 3PL & Fulfillment Coordination
Help ensure effective coordination across fulfillment and logistics operations.
4. Operational Coordination & Execution
Help improve cross-functional operational alignment across the business.
5. Business Visibility & Reporting
Support operational visibility and reporting across the commercial organization.
6. Process Improvement & Operational Discipline
Continuously improve how the business coordinates and executes operational activities.
