We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team in Madrid, Spain. Working alongside the International Talent Acquisition team and local People Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting local business requirements while managing pipeline growth and the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles across Media, Marketing and Local Operations.

ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of your recruitment pipelines, ensuring high-quality delivery and relationship managementSearch, identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent for specific rolesManage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closingShowcase strong pitching and closing skills to secure top candidates as well as supporting the standardisation of international processesMaintain accurate and efficient records in the Applicant Tracking SystemCraft and post compelling job descriptions on internal job boards, LinkedIn, and other relevant platformsWork closely with local universities to introduce interns on a contractual basis based on the content calendar of the studio team in Madrid Deliver a world-class experience for all candidates, ensuring professionalism and engagement throughoutPartner with the People Operations team for seamless offer handovers and to provide additional support if requiredRequirements2+ years recruitment experience hiring Commercial roles with a strong preference on Media and - Marketing positionsRelevant industry experience within Media / Broadcasting Studios or Television is preferredExperience supporting People and HR responsibilities is preferred but not essentialDemonstrable experience in pitching and closing KPI targeted rolesExperienced managing end to end recruitment life cycles from qualification to closeDiverse experience across commercial hiringExperience balancing both inbound and outbound pipelinesExposure to Senior and C-Level stakeholdersExperience managing competitive timelines in a fast paced environmentExperience sourcing via LinkedIn, local job boards and universities is desirableOutstanding written and verbal skills in English and SpanishOperating to high performance principles (80:20)Ability to work independently is essentialBased in Madrid, Spain, and commute to the office 3 days per weekBenefits:
