The Onsite Community Resource Specialist role is a unique and exciting opportunity to provide EAP assistance to one of our large aviation customers. The Onsite Community Resource Specialist program offers a convenient and timely resource for employees to receive immediate connections to community and company sponsored benefits/resources as well as EAP. This role can further serve as a partner to help remove social determinants of health and other related challenges presented by employees. All candidates will be Masters-level Social Workers vetted and interviewed by the customer in conjunction with Spring Health.
What you’ll be doing: (Key Responsibilities)
Provide on-site support at the customer location: 5 days per week during regular business hours at 2 sites located at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
What we expect from you: (Qualification ex. education, experience, etc.)
A masters in Social Work from an accredited university is required
The target salary for this position is $65,000.00 - $82,500.00 per year. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
