About the Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Community Specialist with a keen interest in the crypto industry. As a key player in supporting our growing community, you will assist the growth team in engaging with users, moderating online forums, organizing online events, and creating positive community experiences. If you're excited about crypto, online engagement, and building strong communities, we want to hear from you!
 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist with daily operations of the community, including managing forums, social platforms, and chat groups.
  • Moderate crypto-related discussions to ensure a positive and engaging environment.
  • Help plan and organize online events, such as webinars, live chats, and community meetups.
  • Actively engage with other crypto communities to expand our brand's influence at a local level.
  • Provide support for content creation, including helping with translations, proofreading, and content publishing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community feedback and market insights are shared.
  • Engage with community members via social media, responding to questions and promoting company initiatives.
  • Participate in live events helping users and the community with product related inquiries

What We Look For In You

  • Familiarity with the crypto/Web3 industry and community engagement practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, forums, and community management tools (e.g., Telegram, Discord).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • A passion for fostering community relationships and helping users navigate the crypto space.
  • Previous experience in a community role or customer support within the crypto industry.
  • Knowledge of Telegram, Discord, or other community engagement platforms.
  • Basic understanding of content creation, including graphic design or video editing.
  • Interest in or experience with hosting online events such as webinars or live streams.
  • Fluent English proficient.
