We are seeking a Compliance and AML Analyst (m/f/x) to join our team and help ensure our operations align with applicable rules and regulations. This is a Hybrid role with insights into Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering. 

Some of the things that you will be doing: 

  • You will support in regulatory oversight, ensuring that policies and procedures comply with regulations.
  • In order to remain compliant, you will provide the team with ongoing trainings and foster a culture of compliance and AML awareness across the company. 
  • It is your responsibility to provide regular reporting on compliance findings, assist in filing STRs and escalate incidents as needed.
  • You will collaborate with the AML team to test and improve processes, report on KPIs and respond promptly to AML-related incidents.
  • We stay on top, by maintaining and evolving our Regulatory Risk Assessments and Compliance Management Program, therefore you will be supporting projects with compliance implications.

You will be a great fit if you have the following:

  • Bachelors Degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field of study complemented with a Professional Qualification within Compliance and/or AML.
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving industry in a similar position.
  • A self-starter attitude, thriving in dynamic environments and taking initiative to drive projects forward.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex compliance requirements clearly and effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail with exceptional organizational and record-keeping abilities that will drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Fluency in English is required for this role. German language skills would be desirable, but not mandatory.
