Concert
" Support Runners play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of events for promoters and tour staff. From pre-show preparations to post-concert wrap-ups, they contribute flexibly to various tasks.This is a part-time, event-based position. All event team members must be available nights, weekdays, and weekends based on the Golden 1 Center events calendar.Key responsibilities:• Procure food and beverages in large quantities a day before and on the day of the event.
" Deliver top-notch customer service to both internal and external guests. Assist in organizing ancillary events associated with concerts and shows. Thrive in high-pressure situations, exhibiting quick and efficient performance. Uphold a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
: Familiarity with local grocery stores, laundromats, department stores, delis, dry cleaning services, farmer's markets, and other specialized/niche stores within 2-3 miles of the Golden 1 Center.
" Knowledge of the surrounding area, including intersections and traffic patterns during events. Understanding the concert/arena business is a plus.• Previous customer service experience is preferred. Reliable transportation. Friendly, professional, personable, and outgoing personality.• Education and/or Experience: " Experience in driving large vehicles, such as 15-passenger vans, SUVs, and cargo vans is a plus. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must possess a valid state driver's license.• Other

: Capability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, overtime, and on-call as needed.
" Ability to handle 16-20 hour shifts.• Physical Demands: Manual dexterity and ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds. Regular walking, sitting, and occasional standing during job duties. Visual acuity, including close vision, distance vision, and focus adjustment. Work Environment: Exposure to moderate noise levels (crowd/music) and, during events, high noise levels requiring hearing protection. Possible exposure to excessive dust, gas, or fumes (motocross, monster trucks, etc.).
