Job Description

Peloton Studios operates 365 days a year to deliver both a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content and world-class boutique fitness offerings to our members. We are looking for passionate, customer service-driven individuals to ensure an outstanding experience throughout the entire member journey at our studios. A successful candidate will be driven by developing relationships and creating memorable moments. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, hard-working, self-starter.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Assist with pre-arrival arrangements, including but not limited to nearby hotel accommodations,
    parking garages, and directions.
  • Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations.
  • Act as a point of reference for members who need assistance throughout the studio while attending to their needs.
  • Pull reports of members celebrating milestones and special occasions
  • Partner with Member Experience, Guest Services and Studio Operations to create member surprise and delights.
  • Provide tours for new members & VIPs, as well as scheduled tours in-studio. Become proficient in all systems, including but not limited to G-suite, Slack, Looker, Zingfit, Zendesk, Event Management Systems and website studio bot
  • Assist the Group Booking and Events department with any member-organized meetups at Peloton Studios.
  • Think creatively about ways to enhance the Peloton experience for our members every day in-studio; solve problems, share ideas and implement.
  • Assist guests and members with locker set up and amenities when requested Ensure prompt assistance in the locker rooms and throughout the studio
  • Greet, assist, accommodate and guide all members and visitors with a courteous and joyful nature.
  • Monitor locker room traffic and capacity

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Several years work experience in customer service/hospitality industry
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills and strong time management skills
  • Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude
  • Event experience (preferred)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, early morning (5AM) and late evening (10PM), adapting to meet the needs of the business. Peloton Studios London requires at minimum 3 days of availability
  • Excels working in a fast-paced environment, organized, and a self-starter
  • Has the ability to work well with others, contribute to a welcoming and inclusive workplace
  • Is willing to learn and ambitious about growth at Peloton 
  • Enjoys building relationships, strives to go above and beyond, and able to deliver the highest level of member experience
