The Role

As a Sales Advisor (Conseiller de Vente), you are the heartbeat of the store. You are not just selling products — you are sharing your passion for football, guiding customers through our collections, and creating memorable experiences for fans of all ages and nationalities. You will be an ambassador for the Pelé Soccer brand every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers in a warm, knowledgeable, and personalized way
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
• Maintain deep product knowledge across boots, jerseys, equipment, and accessories
• Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure the shop floor is always presentation-ready
• Handle transactions, exchanges, and returns accurately and efficiently
• Support stock management, deliveries, and inventory counts
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture
• Assist with special events, product launches, and in-store activations

Requirements

• Genuine passion for football — you live and breathe the game
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Fluent in French; English is a strong asset (additional languages welcome)
• Comfortable in a high-traffic, international, fast-paced environment
• Natural communicator — approachable, enthusiastic, and customer-first
• Team player who takes pride in their work and the store's success
• Flexible availability including weekends, public holidays, and peak tourist seasons
