We are seeking a Lead Content Marketer to own and execute our content strategy for B2B audiences, with a focus on enabling and scaling our full-funnel marketing efforts. This role will drive the creation and distribution of content across digital channels, the web, and events. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll be responsible for creating impactful, conversion-focused content that supports marketing initiatives throughout the buyer’s journey.
What you’ll be doing:
Full-Funnel Content Development: Execute a content strategy developed with the Associate Director of Content that supports all stages of the marketing funnel—from awareness to decision-making—across digital, web, and events.Digital Campaign Execution: Create and manage content that fuels digital marketing efforts, including paid ads, email campaigns, social media, and web copy, ensuring alignment with demand generation and lead nurturing goals.Web Content Management: Optimize and scale web content to enhance user experience, increase engagement, and drive conversions. Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure content is effectively integrated across our website and landing pages.Event Content Strategy and Production: Develop content that supports live and virtual events, including webinars, conferences, and industry panels. Create compelling event assets such as presentation decks, speaker guides, and follow-up materials that align with event objectives and drive post-event engagement.Cross-Channel Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team, including digital, product, and event marketers, to ensure cohesive messaging and content strategies across channels.SEO and Analytics: Leverage SEO best practices to optimize content and use data analytics to measure performance, making data-driven adjustments to enhance content effectiveness and funnel progression.Sales Enablement Support: Collaborate with sales teams to produce content that supports different stages of the sales funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness pieces to mid- and bottom-of-funnel case studies, one-pagers, and client presentations.Scaling Content Production: Identify opportunities to repurpose and scale content across different channels and formats, ensuring that messaging remains consistent while adapting to specific audience needs.
What success looks like in this role:
Timely completion of projects against SLA’sCustomer/Member satisfaction via survey responsesMeeting or exceeding engagement metrics set by channel owners (eg. Social, Email)Internal stakeholder satisfaction with work product conducted via surveys
What we expect from you:
Proven experience in content marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B and full-funnel strategies.Strong ability to produce content for digital, web, and event-based platforms, ensuring that content supports both awareness and conversion goals.Experience optimizing content for websites, landing pages, and SEO.Hands-on experience with creating content that supports lead generation, nurturing, and sales enablement efforts.Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email marketing tools, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Ahrefs.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
The target base salary range for this position is $127,400 - $165,700, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
