We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist who will be primarily focused on creating and reviewing contracts for the Gracenote sales team. This is an individual contributor role based in the US (preferably on the East Coast). Gracenote has a complex contracting process so this individual will need a keen eye for detail while creating and reviewing contracts and amendments. This role will work closely with the sales team, the contracts team and the Gracenote Deal Desk. The current process is very manual and part of the role is working with the Deal Desk to find ways to automate and systemize the process. Along with the contracts responsibilities this individual will support the larger Revenue Operations team with various data integrity projects.
Create and review customer contracts and amendments
Work with internal teams to streamline and scale the contracts process
Work with the Revenue Operations team on various Ad Hoc projects
Desired Skills/Experience
1-2+ years of experience in working with customer contracts, Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
A genuine passion and curiosity for the operations side of a business
Preferred Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience or knowledge of SalesForce, CPQ or CLM
