About the Contract Member Marketing Events Coordinator at Headspace:

The Member Growth team at Headspace focuses on improving the health and happiness of the world by educating and connecting people to the mental health support they need.

We're looking for a creative and organized designer to fill a ~4 month contract position who can help support in both creative and administrative tasks associated with member content. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Member Growth content lead to move quickly on live event facilitation, administrative event related tasks, and execution of all member-facing content packaging. This role requires agility, strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and exceptional organization.

This is a ~3-4month contract position (through the end of January 2025), 21 hours/week. The ideal schedule will be 3 business days/week. 

What you will do:

  • Manage live event operations: Oversee all aspects of live event reporting, including data pulls, data organization, testimonial clean-up, and contributions from care teams and teachers. Provide technical and logistical support, including scheduling rehearsals, live chat, Q&A support, and back-up hosting.
  • Support event planning and execution: Build, schedule, and manage all 2025 live event details in Zoom, including organizing registration links and updating the live events page with past recordings and future registrations.
  • Provide project management and process improvement: Utilize Asana to manage 2025 content and live events projects, identify opportunities to streamline operations, and recommend prioritized deliverables with appropriate timelines. Support creative requests, project management, packaging, and translation processes for member growth event content.
  • Oversee asset management tool and documentation: Manage the Highspot asset management tool, including but not limited to building pages, file naming, asset uploads, and general organization for easier sharing. Create and update internal documentation to map processes and operational updates, using data and feedback to drive improvements in content development.

What you will bring:

  • Regularly communicate and provide progress updates to keep team informed
  • High level of attention to detail is crucial due to the repetitive nature of the role
  • Ability to adapt and work within a team setting to achieve project goals
  • Strong collaborative skills in working with team members 
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and planning skills
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday, etc. are a plus
  • Action-oriented with a focus on continuous process improvement with the end user in mind
