What You'll Do

As a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play an essential part in the hiring process and will help ensure it is a remarkable experience for our candidates and hiring teams. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that is helping to build the metaverse one person at a time.

In this role, you will

  • Schedule a high volume of interviews for various Epic office locations across multiple time zones
  • Provide solutions to resolve last minute interview schedule changes
  • Champion for the candidate experience 
  • Partner with TA Partners to craft job descriptions and post jobs
  • Handle and manage custom offer letters; sending RFAs, NDAs and Open Source forms
  • Assist with projects supporting the Talent Acquisition team

What we're looking for

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with coordinating interviews, meetings, events, or travel
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and high volume work environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexible, ability to shift priorities quickly
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Proficient in Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
