CrossFit is looking for a Contractor Administrator- Part-time who will work closely with the Accounting and People team to onboard contractors and vendors, and help develop new systems to streamline these processes.    

RESPONSIBILITIES:
      Assist vendors and contractors with customer support related to Coupa and invoicing. 
      Create purchase orders across the company using Coupa (CrossFit’s online contractor and vendor portal).
      Refine the existing Coupa process for vendor contracts and contractors from a customer support and administrative perspective.
    Coordinate documents requested for legal review and develop interdepartmental tracking processes

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
      Strong organizational, customer support skills and excellent written communication skills.
      Strong administrative skills with experience in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheets.
 
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
      Bachelor’s degree
      3+ years of experience in customer support, accounting or in a related field.
