We’re a growing, ambitious HealthTech business building the essential digital health partner of tomorrow to empower women, girls, and people who menstruate with the knowledge and support they need to stay well and live better.
Our cycle, ovulation and pregnancy tracking, educational content and anonymised community platform have been trusted for years by millions to help them feel more in control of their health every day.
Now, we’re harnessing the power of data analytics and AI to build a smarter future, one where we all know our bodies better, with an aim to become the essential health partner to women worldwide.
The Job
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting conversational scripts for Flo’s chatbot that support, inform, and inspire our users to learn more and improve their health.
Working across various topics, from sexual health to pregnancy and conditions like endometriosis, you will design and write chatbot scripts that feel human, are accessible, engaging, meet the high standards of Flo’s voice, and pass internal medical and legal reviews to ensure accuracy.
This role straddles content and design. It may suit candidates with conversation design or content design experience, or copywriters, game designers, scriptwriters or screenwriters – anyone with experience in writing interactive content that uses logic, storytelling techniques, voice, and tone.
You will be joining a small but market-leading team of conversation designers and engineers, part of a wider chatbots product team dedicated to creating unrivaled user experiences.
In order to ensure your chat scripts are designed as strategically as possible, you’ll also work closely with our product analysts to understand the performance of every interaction, and to ensure every initiative you work on ladders up to our business goals and mission.
If you’re passionate about blending copywriting with user experience design and are looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact in the health tech space, we encourage you to apply for this role.
