MAJOR PURPOSE

Provide general support to the Authentication Operations Team

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support day-to-day tasks of all Authentication operations
• Provide logistical support to Authentication Program (shipping, data entry, tracking)
• Auditing of authentication reports via video and box scores
• Collection, scanning and electronic filing of authenticators notes
• Assist with the review of authenticator reports
• Support role related to customer service inquires, including investigation and review of authenticator notes
• Performs related duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to meet all deadlines
• Excellent decision-making and organizational skills

• Superior interpersonal, written communication and data entry skills

• Strong technical aptitude including experience working with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
• Strong baseball acumen

Per the NYC pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is an hourly rate of $24.00 to $28.00 The actual offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your work experience, education, skills and any other factors Major League Baseball (MLB) considers relevant to the hiring decision.
