The Coordinator, Business Development – Corporate Partnerships supports the Business Development team in identifying, developing and securing new corporate partnership opportunities for the PGA TOUR.

This position provides sales, research, administrative, and project coordination support to the Business Development organization.

The coordinator assists with prospect research, pipeline management, presentation development, client engagement activities and internal coordination efforts that support new partnership revenue generation.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, Finance or related field required. 2 years of professional experience in sports, sponsorship, sales, marketing, agency, consulting or related business environments.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and CRM systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Interest in sponsorship sales, business development, sports marketing and commercial partnerships.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities Support the Business Development team in identifying and researching prospective corporate partners.

Conduct industry, company and category research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Assist in maintaining prospect lists, target account strategies and pipeline development activities.

Prepare background materials and briefing documents for client meetings and business development initiatives.

Monitor industry news, sponsorship activity and competitive market developments.

Maintain accurate opportunity and prospect information within CRM and pipeline management systems.

Support pipeline reporting, forecasting and sales activity tracking.

Coordinate internal workflows related to partnership development opportunities.

Assist with proposal development timelines and project management activities.

Prepare reports, summaries and performance metrics for business development leadership.

Assist in the development of partnership presentations, proposals and client-facing materials.

Coordinate content collection from internal stakeholders for commercial sales materials.

Support the development, organization and maintenance of partnership presentations, pitch decks, proposals and sales materials that support new business acquisition efforts Support preparation of business cases, sponsorship valuations and opportunity assessments.

Ensure sales materials are current, accurate and aligned with organizational standards.

Coordinate meetings, calls and business development activities involving prospective partners and internal stakeholders.

Support client hospitality, event engagement and relationship-building activities as needed.

Collaborate with Sponsor Relations, Commercial Operations, Media, Events, PGA TOUR Studios and other departments to gather information supporting sales opportunities.

Assist with execution of departmental projects and strategic initiatives.

Participate in client meetings, presentations and business development activities to build commercial expertise.
