Coordinator, Human Rights, FIFA World Cup 2026 Department: Strategy & Planning Employment Type: Fixed Term - Full Time Location: Miami Description Reporting organisationally to the Head of Human Rights, the Human Rights Coordinator  will be a key member of the FIFA26 Sustainability & Human Rights team, This role will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Sustainability & Human Rights Strategy with a particular focus on the Social Pillar of the Strategy.       THE POSITION The main responsibilities and oversights of the Human Rights Coordinator for the  FIFA World Cup 2026™  will be to:     Provide planning and administrative assistance to the Head of Human Rights and Senior Manager of Accessibility and Safeguarding.   Carry out research and reporting support for the  Head of Human Rights and Senior Manager of Accessibility and Safeguarding.  Coordinate project management, including planning, tracking, and documentation around key human rights initiatives.  Coordinate and manage meetings, workshops, and communications with FWC 2026 Host City Human Rights Focal Points.     Provide administrative assistance to the FIFA26 Sustainability and Human Rights team. YOUR PROFILE Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, with a focus on Human rights, Equality, Diversity and/or International Relations A minimum of 2 years of work experience working in human rights-related fields. Strong project management experience Strong attention to detail and deadlines Skilled written and verbal communicator
