We are seeking a highly motivated Coordinator TV to replace the operations Coordinator who will be absent for Maternity Leave. The job requires a great deal of autonomy, adaptability, proactivity and problem solving. Managing the organisation of the team and providing support to all team members and the manager.
This is a pert-time position with 22.5 hours per week over 5 days. You can work remotely most of the time, with the option to work from the Amsterdam office once a week. It will be a 4-5 month contract. Start date is ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:Doing team planning in the systemEnsure that sick people are replaced by colleagues on time and do the follow-up in the different systemsFill in the system and provide the correct data for extra hours to human resources for paymentBeing in contact with colleagues and giving them supportReport possible problems and creative solutions to the managerEnsure accuracy and efficiency Organize and prioritize team tasks to meet deadlines and objectivesManage shift leaders so as to be sure that the work is done on time Liaise with other departments and clients when necessaryManage administrative team’s task and reporting tasksBe a filter between the Operation Manager and the teamOrganisation of trainingKnow how to resolve potential conflicts in a benevolent and constructive manner.Ensure that all media files are receivedRequirements:Excellent organizational and priority management skillsStrong attention to detail and precisionIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), LBM and MediapadExcellent command of Dutch & English (both written and spoken).
