PrizePicks is looking for a Coordinator of Offline Marketing with experience in offline advertising channels - Linear TV, OTT/OLV, Audio and Out-of-Home. This hire will need to have experience with complex, multi-faceted campaigns across offline channels to drive efficient customer acquisition growth. Additionally, the candidate must be a detail-oriented, organized self-starter that is comfortable and articulate while communicating with internal teams, agency partners and vendors.

  What you'll do:

  • Work closely with Manager of Offline Marketing, assisting in management of relevant channels to support customer acquisition growth efforts that achieve CAC/new customer growth targets and new customer unit economics
  • Compile, analyze and track channel performance to identify key campaign learnings/optimizations on an ongoing basis to drive improvement of identified KPIs
  • Leverage subject matter expertise of relevant channels to proactively research, evaluate & recommend test opportunities for incremental growth
  • Be the steward for all media plans across the channel mix, supporting Manager of Offline Marketing as well as agency partners to manage all deliverables (optimization implementation, plan approvals/execution, creative assets, contracts)
  • Support Manager of Offline Marketing as key point of contact with external agency partners and marketing vendors, provide direction and management based on performance goals
  • Manage campaign setup, invoicing and budget reporting for responsible channels
  • Partner with Brand Creative team to develop assets, share key findings, provide insights that optimize performance & inform future initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally across the org (Growth, Product, Operations, Analytics and relevant teams), managing multiple projects and teams at once to keep deliverables are on track

 

What you have:

  • Business/Marketing Bachelor's degree 
  • 2-4 years experience in customer acquisition marketing - direct experience with Linear TV, OTT/OLV, Audio and Out-of-Home management preferred
  • Experience working with performance marketing metrics, understanding of media and marketing fundamentals (CPM, CPV, CAC, LTV)
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Demonstrate strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects 
  • Must be inquisitive and want to tackle projects you have not done before, be comfortable with uncertainty
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
  • Be aggressive and want to win
