 Job Title: Coordinator, Partnership Marketing

Department: Partnership Marketing

Reports to: Senior Manager/Senior Director, Partnership Marketing

Job Summary:

The Partnership Marketing Coordinator will play a key role on the Partnerships Team by assisting in the execution of annual Partner marketing initiatives including, but not limited to partnership deliverables, hospitality programs, and community engagement. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, and is ambitious to collaborate with others to help deliver world-class services to FC Cincinnati Partners and the Cincinnati community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the overall Partnership Marketing team with various administrative duties including, but not limited to; annual go-to-market plans and detailed proof of performances (PoP) of all activities highlighting sponsorship deliverables (ie. signage, radio & TV spots, promotional activity and results, VIP events, tickets, program/media guide ads).
  • Build positive working relationships with current/prospective partners and internal stakeholders (ie. Marketing, Match Day Entertainment, and Community Relations departments).
  • Manage various event deliverables consisting of Match Day LED playlist, photographer shot list, logistics pertaining to partner activations (ie. load-in/loadout), etc.
  • Collaborate on various special projects and events, with key stakeholders to advance the goals and priorities of FC Cincinnati.
  • Own daily partner relationships of select account(s) and vendor(s).
  • Work with Supervisor to plan and lead partner renewal and upsell opportunities for assigned book of business.
  • Manage schedules and assignments for Match Day Interns.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sport Management, or Communications.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in client account management, brand management, or similar capacity at a sports property, brand, or agency.
  • Must be able to work most home games, irregular schedules, weekend, early morning, late-night and holiday work assignments as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (ie. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
