We are Prematch, founded in 2021 in Cologne — a dynamic startup with a smart and ambitious team. Our marketing and business teams are based in Cologne, Berlin, and London, while our tech and product teams work remotely across Europe.

Main information
  • Office & Remote: A modern office in Cologne (Belgian Quarter) or Berlin (Mitte) – with the flexible option to work remotely 2–3 days per week.

  • Start & Scope: Available immediately, flexible – full-time.

  • Responsibilities

    Sales – you actively shape the sales process and take responsibility for customer success.

  • Team & Collaboration: You work in a small, ambitious team that supports your ideas and lets you shine.

  • Support & Tools: Our concept team provides strong presentations and creative concepts that make you a true “closer” in client meetings.

  • Clients & Brands: You get the chance to work with some of Germany’s biggest brands – including adidas, NIVEA MEN, Krombacher, OBI, and Techniker Krankenkasse.

For this we need you
  • Sales & Business Development: You actively drive sales – by generating new leads, supporting deal closures, engaging and exciting brands, and acquiring new customers for Prematch.

Your Mission

  • Brand Engagement & Partnerships: You excite potential brand partners about Prematch and our collaborations.
  • Creative Concepts & Partnerships: Develop creative concepts and partnerships together with our concept team.
  • Lead Generation & Research: Independently research and identify new leads and potential customers.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with brand partners.
  • Negotiations & Contract Closures: Conduct negotiations through to successful contract signing.
  • Department Development: Drive the growth and development of our Brand Partnerships department with ideas, processes, and creative initiatives.
  • CRM & Processes: Maintain and optimize our CRM system.


What do you need
  • Direct Contact & Enthusiasm: You love direct contact with brands and people.

  • Strategic & Creative Thinking: You think strategically and actively contribute creative ideas.

  • Work Environment: You enjoy working in a dynamic startup environment, without a rigid office routine.

  • Experience & Motivation: Experience in sales or brand partnership management is a plus but not required – motivation, a proactive mindset, and team spirit are more important.

  • Languages: You are fluent in German and English.
