The Corporate Cash Analyst will manage the PTW America organization's cash flow and ensure financial stability. This involves monitoring cash movements, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Enter all bank activity for PTW America in Microsoft D365 within one business day of transaction in the bank. This includes, but is not limited to, payments, bank fees, payroll, and customer receipts.
- Prepare daily PTW America bank reconciliation and E-mail for Treasurer's review.
- Maintain AP Aging and AR Aging in D365.
- Prepare Global Daily Accounts Payable Aging Report and on real-time accuracy of AP Agings in Dynamics 365
- Prepare Global Daily Accounts Receivable AR Aging Report and on real-time accuracy of AR Agings in Dynamics 365
- Prepare Global Daily Cash Balance report and accurate real-time balances in Dynamics 365 for cash management and cash planning.
Risk Management
- Daily Cash Reconciliation: Keep track of the annual bank transactions in our PTW Bank of America accounts which includes customer receipts, outgoing payroll and vendor payments, and outgoing transfers to other PTW Group companies.
- Customer Credit Risk Management reporting to help risk management of customer credit for revenue and average Global A/R balances.
- Payment Risk Management: Daily AP reporting to help ensure that PTW America AP payment process is smooth.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and with working knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as it is PTW's official system of record for all activity related to cash, including bank balances and transactions.
- Educational Qualification: Accounting or Finance Degree / Certification
- Professional Experience: 4 to 6 years in global accounting activities experience - treasury is a plus
- Exposure to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS): Understanding of global accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with Multinational Corporations: Familiarity with the complexities of managing finances across different countries and currencies.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve discrepancies and improve processes1.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and data management.
