- Create compelling employer brand content built on real employee stories, identifying protagonists, coordinating shoots, writing copy, and ensuring every piece of content reflects the authentic culture of Kaizen Gaming.
- Produce corporate brand content that showcases Kaizen Gaming’s values, culture, leadership, and reputation, clearly distinguishing the corporate brand from the Betano product brand and aligning with the company's external communications strategy.

- Own community management across all social channels.
- Govern the full suite of external-facing platforms including corporate website, careers site, candidate communications and all social media channels, managing structure, content strategy, access, and brand integrity.
- Develop and manage the employee advocacy programme by identifying, nurturing, and equipping brand ambassadors across the organisation to authentically share Kaizen Gaming's story through their own networks and channels, amplifying the employer brand from the inside out.
- Strategically balance employer brand content with corporate news and leadership communications across channels serving dual audiences, including candidates, employees, partners, media, and the wider public .
- Support the internal Communications function in an editorial capacity, amplifying campaigns across channels and ensuring alignment between internal and external messaging .
- Deliver monthly social media performance reports, prepare KPI reports, translating metrics into actionable insights and content recommendations.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with key internal stakeholders including HR, PR, Recruitment, Commercial and Marketing.
- Support business-critical communication initiatives that require responsiveness, sound judgement, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
What you'll bring
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in social media management, with a track record of owning a brand's social media function end-to-end — editorial planning, content creation, community management, campaign execution, and performance reporting — ideally within a corporate communications or employer branding environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating compelling content creation across written, visual, and video formats — with evidence of employee-led storytelling.
- Proven experience producing employer brand content — from story identification and employee coordination through to publishing across external channels.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools, and comfort with content planning platforms.
- A strong eye for brand consistency, with exceptional attention to quality and detail.
- Experience working with external creative agencies — from brief to delivery — and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously without losing quality.
- Proficiency in English copywriting is essential — this role produces all social media copy in English across every external channel. Greek language proficiency is a significant advantage.
- A clear understanding of the distinction between corporate brand and product brand communications.
- Ability to balance a content-heavy workload across multiple channels, formats, and audiences without losing consistency or creativity.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to enhance content strategy, visual and video creation, audience intelligence, and amplification workflows - using AI to meaningfully extend creative output rather than simply accelerate drafting.
