Let’s start with the role:

We are looking for a self-driven professional to contribute to our Corporate Social Responsibility (CR) team. As a Corporate Social Responsibility Executive, you will work towards shaping and promoting Kaizen Gaming's and Betano's corporate social  responsibility strategy and initiatives in Brazil. In this role, you will engage with internal stakeholders in order to align on corporate social responsibility & ESG priorities and develop the respective action plans, while you will also build relationships with community partners and external stakeholders. We are looking for a corporate social responsibility enthusiast with a hands-on and team-spirit mentality.

As a Corporate Responsibility Executive, you will:

• Contribute to the design and development of the company's Corporate Social Responsibility scope and strategy;
• Engage with community partners and stakeholders to shape, drive and execute CR initiatives;
• Monitor, measure and ensure the execution of the annual corporate social  responsibility plan.
• Develop and oversee ESG KPIs and performance. Contribute to group-wide Reporting;
• Work on an annual plan and deliver content to communicate the company's CR work across various audiences and channels (internal and external);
• Coordinate work and relationships with external partners (PR agencies, marketing agencies, designers, etc.);
• Engage with internal stakeholders at a local and international level to ensure both CR awareness and the success of CR activations. 

What you will bring:

• Relevant years of work experience in Corporate Social Responsibility and/or NGOs;
• Knowledge of Brazil socioeconomic scenario and tax incentive laws 
• Understanding of ESG and GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) reporting;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ;
• Creativity and resourcefulness in developing and executing community events;
• Commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced and often-changing work environment;
• Global mindset and ability to make adjustments to cater to different audiences and cultures;
• Excellent command of English;
