A taster of what you will be involved with: 

• Lead and represent the Brazil market, acting as the main point of contact for local operations and stakeholders.
• Drive market growth by supporting revenue targets and ensuring effective execution of commercial and marketing initiatives
• Oversee the day‑to‑day operational setup in Brazil, including local administrative processes and coordination with external partners.
• Develop and contribute to long‑term business plans focused on sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Act as the voice of the Brazilian customer by defining customer needs and supporting product localization efforts.
• Monitor service quality and customer experience across the entire lifecycle, in close collaboration with central teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, legislation, and internal policies.

What we are looking for

• You bring solid experience in a senior or managerial role within iGaming 
• You have a strong understanding of complex international organizations and know how to navigate multiple stakeholders with confidence.
• You are hands‑on, entrepreneurial, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution.
• You have a strong commercial mindset, with experience driving growth, optimizing resources, and delivering results.
• You thrive in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments and are comfortable working with data, KPIs, and insight.
• You communicate clearly and effectively in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
