We're looking for a Creative Data Scientist who will be instrumental in applying statistical models and machine learning to optimize our creative assets for user acquisition. This role is highly technical and essential for driving efficiency in our ad testing and production workflows.

What You'll Do 🎯

• Develop and implement statistical models and data pipelines to analyze creative performance and predict optimal asset characteristics.

• Engineer and automate A/B testing frameworks to enable high-velocity creative iteration and validation.

• Integrate AI/ML tools into the creative workflow to enhance generation and analysis capabilities.

• Collaborate with the Head of Creative Intelligence to build a scalable, data-driven creative strategy and infrastructure.

• Translate complex data findings and model outcomes into clear, actionable insights for the creative and UA teams.

What You'll Bring 💡

• Proven experience in data science, advanced statistics, or a related quantitative field.

• Proficiency in programming languages essential for data manipulation and modeling, such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R.

• Solid understanding of data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) for reporting model results.

• Experience working with large datasets, SQL, and cloud data platforms.

• Bonus: Practical experience with Machine Learning as it relates to image/video classification or generation.
