The work the Creative Services Team produce is often the customer’s first impression and interaction with the brand, so it’s important that our visual communication is a high-quality, consistent representation of the brands; is underpinned by strategy and; promotes a positive, fun and safe experience.

Who do we need...

A Senior Designer: Someone who has a keen interest in kicking off their leadership journey, who will lead the NZ team and be the largest hands-on contributor to the brand’s creative direction. The key accountabilities for this role will be;

• Generate strong, innovative ideas and concepts across a range of digital and print media, advertising, and marketing materials to agreed style guides.
• Make sure the brand is reliably represented across all visual assets and help maintain the brand’s visual identity throughout the business.
• Knowledge sharing and mentoring the other team members (we are on the lookout for!)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to internal team colleagues.
• Workflow Management, Process efficiency, File organisation.
  

Next up, we need a solid Mid-Weight Designer: This role owns the day-to-day workflow, ensuring brand, product and retail messaging is being created in a high-quality and efficient manner; the templates we use are correct and up-to-date; and the roll-out of the visual solutions across the range of digital, animated and print requirements follows the correct process. The key accountabilities for this role will be;

• Respond to creative briefs by producing high-quality, on-brand artwork across a range of digital, animated and print collateral, taking responsibility for the entire process from initial brief to artwork delivery.
• Work in collaboration to understand project requirements and goals, provide creative input and suggestions, and achieve creative approvals.
• Help find creative solutions to design challenges with the team – balance out-of-the-box and critical thinking while keeping the brand guidelines in mind.
• To support more junior members of the team, helping them learn and grow where possible.  

Finally.. we would like to add a Junior Designer: Someone looking to gain valuable experience with the opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing the fast-paced and tight deadlines. You might have tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or similar (or working towards) and will need to be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially PS / AI / ID).

• The key work that this role will deliver will be closely guided by style guides and templates, however, there is always opportunities to contribute to creative concepts and larger-scale projects, so enthusiasm and proactivity in this area is welcome.
• You will have a natural attention to detail and confidence in time management, ensuring that your creative meets the brief requirements and is delivered on deadline.
• You should display confidence in your work, while still being able to find joy in feedback.

We have offices in Auckland, Wellington, Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
