MS-1 is Wargaming’s premier mobile development studio behind World of Tanks Blitz, a renowned cross-platform shooter boasting over 140 million downloads around the globe. 

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Media Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping the creative direction of our key product milestones, ensuring brand consistency, and optimizing production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative ideation, team management, and vendor coordination, with a passion for video games and fluency in English.

What will you do?

Creative

• Creative ideation on key product milestones: updates, releases, seasons, IP collaborations
• Supervision of brand affinity in collaboration with marketing
• Briefing and brainstorms with in-house and external teams and vendors

 Management

• Creative Media Team management: day-to-day, setting goals, managing performance and career milestones
• Vendor management: contracts, onboarding, planning, reports
• Inter-team communication: with stakeholders, with colleagues, forming project groups from Creative Media on key milestone

Production

• Assets production process supervision and optimization (internally and with external vendors)
• Pipeline management and tools optimization
• Assets portfolio optimization in collaboration with other Operations teams
• Implementation of innovative instruments in production (AI, automatization, UE pipelines)

Finance

• Budget: planning, monitoring, optimization with finance partners and vendors
• Costs management: by product beats and via ongoing planned activities
• Cost expertise: initial business analysis on incoming tasks.

What are we looking for?

• Capable of ideating for key product milestones and leading creative sessions.
• Strong in inter-team coordination and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experienced in leading creative teams and managing cross-functional project groups.
• Skilled in vendor contracts, financial oversight, and cost analysis.
• Experienced in supervising production processes and integrating innovative tools.
• Fluent in English (Upper B2 or C1+).

• Experience with Jira, Aha! & Confluence or similar solutions.

The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 5000 - 5800 monthly gross.
