What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a tech-driven and innovative Creative Production Designer to join our Creative Production team. This role is a perfect match for a modern creator who wants to operate at the absolute forefront of AI-driven video production, shifting focus from manual frames to cutting-edge generation workflows.

In this role, you will lead the execution of high-impact video ads on a global scale, combining advanced AI media generation with smart, rapid video assembly for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Google.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-First Video Production: Actively generate, direct, and upscale AI video, voice, and image assets using advanced pipelines (Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, etc.) to create high-converting video ads.

• Smart Iteration & Scaling: Take winning creative angles and independently scale them into high-performing variations, adapting hooks and visual pacing based on performance insights.

• Modern Workflow Assembly: Put together and polish final creatives with a strong focus on narrative pacing, dynamic text layouts, and clean compositing, keeping manual routine tasks to a minimum.

• Collaborative Brainstorming: Contribute ideas for new AI-driven ad formats, testing methodologies, and technical approaches to visual storytelling.

• Tech Pipeline Support: Keep up with the latest drops in the AI ecosystem and find ways to seamlessly integrate new generative tools into our daily production workflow.

Required skills

• Practical, hands-on experience with modern AI generation and dubbing tools (Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, etc.) — you know how to engineer prompts and clean up generated assets for production.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Figma used as an execution environment (nesting assets, working with source layouts, fast assembly, and text animating).

• A portfolio that demonstrates excellent visual pacing, understanding of digital ad dynamics, and a strong eye for typography and contrast.

• A strong performance-marketing mindset: you intuitively understand what hooks attention in the first 3 seconds of a video.

• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing your own asset delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.

• Open-minded approach to creative feedback and data-driven updates.

Nice to Have

• AI Agents & Automation: Experience or strong interest in using AI assistants and agents (like Claude Artifacts/Skills, GPTs, or custom scripts) to automate routine motion design tasks and asset organization.

• Next-Gen Pipelines: Familiarity with node-based generative tools or advanced AI video environments to build flexible, modular creative workflows.

• Tech-Driven Delivery: A proactive mindset focused on shifting from manual framing to automated, rapid creative generation.

• Working proficiency in English: Able to comfortably communicate with international teammates (text syncs, sharing assets, feedback) and easily learn from global technical resources.
