The Credit Management Specialist is responsible for managing an organization’s credit policies and processes, ensuring that the company effectively handles its accounts receivable, minimizes credit risk, and maximizes cash flow. While reporting to the Director Credit Management, this role involves evaluating the creditworthiness of clients, overseeing credit limits, ensuring timely collections of outstanding payments, and managing customer accounts to minimize bad debt. They will work directly with both internal stakeholders and external customers while creating a customer centric approach primarily in collections and credit management but will collaborate within the order to cash process.
