CRM Director is a new role, pivotal in fostering loyalty and satisfaction for UTR Sports. This person will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive CRM strategies, managing CRM technologies, and creating content that drive revenue growth in tennis and pickleball player monetization. With extensive zero-party data for millions of players globally, UTR Sports offers a visionary and driven person the opportunity to build a world class CRM discipline. We are seeking candidates with experience using consumer data to craft personalized experiences at scale.
This role is responsible for managing CRM initiatives end to end, including close collaboration with our product, marketing, and data science teams to drive performance metrics and optimize players' experiences with useful and engaging content that drives traffic and conversion. This role will collaborate across all departments to ensure that UTR Sports exceeds growth targets.
What you Will Do:
- Develop a robust CRM strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Hands-on creation and execution of data-driven campaigns, including email marketing, SMS marketing, and targeted promotions.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to segment the customer base and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with the overall business objectives.
- Manage and optimize CRM technology stack, including CRM software, marketing automation tools, and customer analytics platforms.
- Monitor and report on key CRM metrics, including customer acquisition, retention rates, and revenue impact.
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to gather customer insights and feedback, translating them into actionable strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in CRM to ensure [Global Tennis and Pickleball Brand] remains at the forefront of customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure consistent global CRM strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sports, especially tennis and pickleball, is a plus.
- Preference for Central or Eastern Time Zone; Canada OK

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $85,000 to 125,000. The total comp for this role will take into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location differential associated with where the position will be filled.
