Let's start with the role

Working as part of the CRM Strategy team, CRM Executive - Key Accounts will support planning, execution and optimisation of all Sportsbook and Casino CRM activities for the High Value segments. The role involves working across different teams within the business (including Key Accounts Management, CRM Campaigns, Local teams, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and BI) to build new and improve existing workflows, increase customer retention and experience, as well as ensure we comply with Responsible Gambling and AML regulations.

Will take ownership of the full suite of automated CRM activities ensuring that they are optimised and all of the content used is consistent, up-to-date and engaging.

 

  As a, you will: CRM Executive - Key Account, you will:
  • Support in developing and delivering the Key Accounts marketing strategy to align short term success with long term Product and Market vision and strategy by planning and executing; multi-channel marketing plans to engage and grow the Key Accounts customer base;
  • Manage the development of annual and seasonal plans that support the successful achievement of program and business goals;
  • Taking ownership of end to end campaign planning, from idea generation and briefing and liaise with Key Accounts Management Team, compliance and the local market team to understand any new required workflows needed and manage the execution of these;
  • Resource allocation to analysis, reporting and optimization – on budget and on time;
  • Evaluate running campaigns in order to improve efficiency and ROI;
  • Oversee daily Key Accounts CRM operations tasks, focusing on timely task delivery;
  • Keep track of Key Accounts promotional content on site, such as banners and promotion pages.

What you will bring:

  • University degree, preferably in the areas of Business Administration, Marketing;
  • Proven CRM experience, particularly with on-line marketing & automated CRM Lifecycle journeys;
  • Strong analytical / mathematical / numerical skills;
  • Experience in Key Accounts CRM programmes will be considered a plus;
  • Display a good understanding of online gaming products would be a plus;
  • Interest in and meticulous eye for improving user journeys and user experience;
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail;
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects;
  • Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication;
  • Fluent verbal and written English;
  • Use of CRM Tools such as Optimove will be considered a plus;
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
