The Team

You will be joining a vibrant and diverse team of Product & CRM professionals who work collaboratively to continuously improve our processes and explore new ways to engage with our customers. Our mission is to provide an outstanding customer experience and foster long-term relationships.

Let's start with the role

The CRM Gaming Specialist will play a key role in driving localized product excellence by ensuring continuous alignment between HQ product roadmaps and local market needs. This role will oversee planning, performance analysis, customer experience feedback, and operational execution to optimize business impact. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams, including Product, Trading, CRM, Marketing, and Customer Experience.

As a CRM Gaming Specialist, you will:

  • Own and manage homepage planning in alignment with local CRM and commercial priorities.
  • Collect and synthesize customer experience (CX) feedback, turning insights into actionable product or process improvements.
  • Conduct competitive monitoring to benchmark features, promotions, and CRM tactics, sharing insights with the wider team.
  • Track and analyze performance data, identifying opportunities for optimization and highlighting issues early.
  • Collaborate closely with HQ Product teams, following up on product requests, roadmap items, and localization needs.
  • Ensure alignment with CRM & Marketing to deliver cohesive and timely campaigns and product support.
  • Perform regular local product audits (PRD auditing) to ensure feature configurations, offers, and UX align with strategic goals.

What you’ll bring

  • Relevant experience in CRM, Product Operations, or a similar role within a tech, e-commerce, or gaming/betting company.
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data and KPIs.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with proven experience in campaign/calendar management.
  • Ability to coordinate with teams across different time zones and functions & communicate clearly and concisely across product and business teams.
  • Understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing principles.
  • Ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges.
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced product environment, constantly striving to enhance our product offering and user experience.
  • Business-level English.
