Job Overview

The CRM Producer is responsible for designing and executing customer relationship strategies that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth across the product lifecycle. This role oversees CRM operations, including segmentation, messaging, automation, player journey mapping, and performance analytics. The CRM Producer collaborates closely with Product, Marketing, Data, and Live Ops teams to deliver personalized and impactful communications to users.

What will you do?

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own the CRM strategy across email, notifications, in-game messaging, and other communication channels.
  • Define player lifecycle programs covering acquisition, onboarding, engagement, monetization, and churn prevention.

 Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute targeted CRM campaigns, promotions, and automated journeys.
  • Manage segmentation frameworks to deliver personalized content.
  • Coordinate with Creative and Content Teams to build compelling messaging.

Data & Analytics

  • Monitor CRM performance metrics (open rates, CTR, retention, revenue uplift, churn, LTV, etc.).
  • Perform A/B and multivariate testing across content, timing, and segmentation.
  • Leverage player data to create actionable insights and improve campaign impact.

Tools & Technology

  • Manage CRM platforms
  • Ensure proper event tracking, tagging, and customer data integration with analytics tools.
  • Improve automation flows, trigger logic, and personalization rules.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with CRM Lead, Product Managers, Live Ops, Data Analysts, and Community teams.
  • Align CRM messaging with seasonal events, content releases, and monetization plans.
  • Provide CRM input on product roadmaps and user experience improvements.

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure campaigns comply with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Advocate for customer-first communication principles.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or similar experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and customer data platforms (CDPs).
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting user data and campaign performance.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • UI/UX knowledge
  • Experience in gaming, mobile apps, or subscription-based products.
  • Knowledge of SQL or basic data querying.
  • Experience with customer segmentation modeling and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and lifecycle automation.

Work mode

  • Hybrid (4 days from the office)
