As our Customer Care Executive, you will support sports studios, clubs and venues across the BENELUX market and help them get the most out of Eversports.
You will help our partners with their questions, guide them through their first steps with Eversports, and share their feedback with our internal teams so we can keep improving our product. Along the way, you will learn how customer care, onboarding, sales and product teams work together inside a growing sports-tech company.
Work time: Full-time (35h/week, every second Friday off!)
Office: Vienna, Austria
At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a yearly gross salary of EUR 32,410 (based on a full-time basis of 35h)
